For children, youth and families receiving our Child and family support services. To primarily ensure consistent Parent Child Contact while children are in State custody. Areas served: Barre, Bennington, Brattleboro, Burlington, Hartford, Middlebury, Morrisville, Newport, Rutland, Springfield, St. Johnsbury
Youth Resources
Youth Development Program
For young adults 14 to 22 who have been in foster care making the transition into independent, adult living. Coordinators help them take the steps necessary to find living arrangements, gain employment, or be accepted in post-secondary education based on their goals. Services Available: case management, advocacy for youth and families, support, referals. Areas served: Hartford, Middlebury, Rutland, Springfield.
