Supported Employment Program

Our Supported Employment Program assists people with obtaining and maintaining employment that is meaningful to them and valuable to their employer and community. We support career exploration, skill development, achieving maximum independence at work, and career growth. Our Employment Specialists work with area businesses and the service recipients to secure a position in the community that is a good fit for both them and the business.

Reach Ahead

Provides transitional assistance and job support, including coaching, support services, childcare subsidy, and a food benefit.
