Computer Skills Training

Get all your tech skills for employment. Learn laptop and desktop basics, internet safety, email, video conferencing, and Microsoft Word and Excel. At the end of the course, students will have the skills needed for employment or career pathways.

Vermont Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program

Provides loans of telecommunications equipment to enable low-income Deaf, DeafBlind (as well as deaf and visually impaired), Hard of Hearing, and individuals with cognitive or physical disabilities to communicate by telephone. To qualify, applicants must provide proof that they have a disability requiring adaptive telephone equipment to use the phone service, and income that is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines for their household size. VTEDP will purchase up to $750 of equipment for qualified individuals and it is theirs till they move out of state or no longer need it.

Computer lab

Computers are free for public use.Equipped with Zoom and Microsoft Teams accounts for virtual meetings, access to the internet for job searches, interviews, etc. Can also be used to print up to 25 black/white copies per day.
