Vermont Early Childhood Fund

VECF is a grant that supports creative solutions that will improve the well-being of children from the prenatal period to age 8, their families, and the Vermont communities where they live.

Family Leadership Opportunites

Parent representatives and leaders can view opportunities and connect to organizations to get involved. The dashboard is not a searchable tool; however, individual columns can be sorted to adjust viewing

Early Childhood Data Portal

A tool for policymakers and early childhood partners to access high-quality, up-to-date data on Vermont’s children, families, and the early childhood system, visualized in a straightforward way with the ability to download full datasets for additional analysis.

Reach Ahead

Provides transitional assistance and job support, including coaching, support services, childcare subsidy, and a food benefit.

Post-Secondary Education (PSE)

Provides coaching and advisory support to student parents who are pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree, in addition to cash assistance grant to help students purchase books, transportation, and childcare subsidy.

Child Care Financial Assistance and Referral

SAPCC is the designated agency in southern Windsor and northern Windham Counties working with families receiving a childcare subsidy. We assist families with applying and managing the caseload of all families receiving this benefit.
