Veterans Benefits

Benefits for veterans and service members to pay for some or all of a student's educational expenses such as tuition, fees, materials, parking, and housing allowance.

Access For All

Sliding scale financial aid for individuals and families based on household income. This financial aid can be applied to EdgarMay memberships, swimming lessons, summer camps, and other programming.

Reach Up/Reach First

Provides cash benefits to Vermont families and children, to help meet their needs while working on goals for their family's financial, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

Thrift Store vouchers

ON PAUSE Participating stores will honor SEVCA issued vouchers given to qualifying community members who will be able to use them to access free clothing, furniture and housewares in their neighborhoods. This network allows shoppers utilizing vouchers to choose where they go to meet their specific needs, and the program also brings income to local small businesses.

Food assistance

3SquaresVT: This program offers eligible individuals and families monthly assistance to purchase healthy food.

Diaper and Formula Bank

Any parent or guardian living in our service region can access free diapers and wipes from our diaper bank. Additionally, we often have access to formula and other necessities if needed - just ask.

Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Description: The WIC Program provides access to healthy foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support and referrals to health care and other community resources. Eligibility: WIC is for income-eligible Vermont residents who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a new baby, and children under age 5. Parents, grandparents and foster parents may apply for children in their care. Or, if you or your child is on Medicaid, Dr. Dynasaur or 3SquaresVT/SNAP, you can join WIC.
