Elevate Youth Services is a Vermont-based non-profit that empowers youth to achieve fulfilling, healthy lives and advocates for the well-being of all youth. For nearly 50 years, we’ve served youth in Washington County and beyond. Our programs range from a drop-in teen center to one-on-one counseling and family therapy; we provide shelter for homeless youth, substance use treatment, and assistance with education, employment, housing, and more.

Healthy Youth Program (HYP)
FOR YOUTH AGES 12-25. Provides substance use education, prevention, intervention and treatment specifically geared to adolescents and young adults. The program utilizes a holistic approach to treatment that emphasizes relationship building, draws on a variety of treatment approaches to address needs, and is flexible to the unique challenges of young people seeking treatment

Homelessness Prevention, Youth Resources
Transitional Living Program Housing and Independent Living
FOR YOUTH AGES 16-24 who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.
We help youth and young adults achieve stable housing. Combined with case management for education and employment, health services, and skill building, our wrap-around supports help youth build a foundation to move forward in their lives and be self-sufficient adults.

Country Roads Counseling and Emergency Shelter
FOR YOUTH AGES 12-22 Individual and family counseling, mediation, and case management for: Families that are confronting conflict and stress which would cause instability in the family. Youth who are homeless, have run away from home, or are at risk of running away. Youth who are involved with or at risk of involvement with Department of Children and Families or the Juvenile Justice System. We offer temporary, short-term stays in shelter homes for youth who are in crisis ages 12-17.
